Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and reconciliations
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Conduct physical audits and resolve inventory discrepancies with precision
- Process stock transfers, returns, and adjustments per company protocols
- Generate inventory reports and analyze data to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support warehouse operations
- Uphold OSHA safety standards and 5S organizational principles
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory software (e.g., Fishbowl, TradeGecko)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation)
- Forklift certification (OSHA-certified) required
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
