Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies in real-time
- Utilize WMS software to track stock movements and generate reports
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and maintain organized storage systems
- Perform cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventories
- Collaborate with procurement to optimize reorder points and minimize stockouts
- Prepare detailed inventory reports for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- Basic knowledge of supply chain logistics principles
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
