Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate WMS systems to maintain real-time stock accuracy
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and documentation
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis
- Collaborate with procurement to optimize stock levels
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and FIFO compliance
- Train staff on inventory protocols and safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years inventory or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables
- Forklift certification (OSHA 10-hour required)
- Exceptional attention to detail and math accuracy
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand 8+ hours
