Join our dynamic logistics team in Jacksonville as an Inventory Clerk! We're seeking a meticulous professional to optimize our warehouse operations and ensure inventory accuracy. This role is crucial for maintaining seamless supply chain efficiency and supporting our growing client base in the Southeast.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits using barcode scanners
- Maintain real-time inventory records in WMS/ERP systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to optimize stock levels
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO inventory control procedures and safety compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during inventory transitions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Fishbowl)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred (OSHA 10-hour certified a plus)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
