Position Overview
We seek a meticulous professional to maintain inventory accuracy, conduct audits, and optimize stock levels. You'll be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring operational efficiency while adhering to industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Utilize WMS software to update stock levels and track movements
- Conduct physical inventory audits quarterly
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for efficient stock rotation
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances
- Maintain organized storage areas and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Forklift certification a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
