Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Maintain real-time inventory data in WMS systems
- Coordinate with warehouse team for stock replenishment
- Generate weekly/monthly inventory reports for management
- Investigate and resolve stock variances through root cause analysis
- Support audits and compliance documentation
- Optimize inventory processes using lean principles
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years inventory or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data verification skills
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Basic knowledge of supply chain fundamentals
