Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Manage stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO methodologies
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update inventory databases
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with procurement team on reorder point calculations
- Maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory control experience in warehouse settings
- Proficiency in WMS software and MS Excel
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied temperatures
- Basic knowledge of barcode scanning systems
