Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits using RF scanners
- Process inbound/outbound shipments, verify documentation, and update inventory systems
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with root cause analysis
- Maintain accurate stock records in WMS and ERP software platforms
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to optimize inventory levels
- Generate inventory reports for management review and decision-making
- Implement FIFO rotation and quality control procedures
- Train warehouse staff on inventory protocols and system usage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
