Responsibilities
- Execute daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using RF scanners
- Maintain real-time inventory tracking in WMS systems with 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for efficient stock rotation and FIFO compliance
- Generate weekly/monthly inventory reports for executive leadership
- Investigate root causes of inventory variances and implement corrective actions
- Support physical inventory audits and process improvements
- Train staff on inventory control protocols and safety procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inventory management experience in logistics/warehousing
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and RF technology
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven audit experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
