Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Utilize WMS software to track stock levels and movement
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize inventory layout
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO protocols and maintain quality control standards
- Coordinate with procurement on stock replenishment needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Forklift certification (OSHA certified a plus)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory software
