Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory records using WMS and barcode scanning systems
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies in stock levels
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and coordinate with shipping/receiving teams
- Generate inventory reports and analyze stock trends for optimization
- Implement FIFO/LIFO inventory control procedures
- Collaborate with purchasing department to prevent stockouts and overstock
- Train staff on inventory protocols and system usage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Excel
- Forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
