Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and verify documentation accuracy
- Maintain real-time inventory records in ERP systems with 99%+ data integrity
- Coordinate with procurement team on stock replenishment and reorder points
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation protocols and quality control measures
- Collaborate with warehouse team during peak season inventory audits
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse operations experience
- Proficient in WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with barcode scanning technology
