Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using our advanced WMS system
- Manage inbound/outbound shipments and verify documentation for accuracy
- Maintain real-time inventory data in ERP platforms with zero tolerance for errors
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize storage space and improve workflow efficiency
- Generate detailed inventory reports for leadership and cross-departmental stakeholders
- Implement cycle count procedures to ensure perpetual inventory accuracy
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances through systematic root-cause analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on inventory management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Expert proficiency with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
