Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits using RF scanners
- Maintain real-time inventory tracking in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies with precision
- Coordinate with purchasing and shipping teams for inventory optimization
- Generate weekly/monthly inventory reports for management
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation protocols
- Train staff on inventory procedures and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (e.g., Fishbowl, Zoho Inventory)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification (Class 1-5) a plus
