Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies with precision
- Utilize WMS software to track, update, and manage inventory in real-time
- Coordinate physical inventory audits and implement corrective actions
- Process receiving, shipping, and transfer documentation with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize stock levels
- Generate inventory reports and analyze trends for operational improvements
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data entry skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
