- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using ERP systems
- Manage warehouse stock levels, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of inventory transactions
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to optimize stock allocation
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss and maximize efficiency
- Generate monthly inventory reports for leadership review
- Train staff on inventory protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced data entry skills with 10-key accuracy
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying warehouse conditions
- Basic knowledge of supply chain logistics principles
- Valid driver's license with clean record
