Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments against purchase orders, verifying quantities and conditions.
- Log inventory data accurately into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Label, sort, and store products in designated zones for efficient retrieval.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse layout and maintaining safety standards.
- Prepare and process stock transfers and returns with precision.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in supply chain is a plus.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or clerical data entry is preferred.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan is highly desirable.
- Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
