Responsibilities
- Perform daily physical inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure 100% stock accuracy.
- Manage and maintain accurate digital and physical records of incoming and outgoing stock.
- Operate barcode scanners and warehouse management software to log shipments and updates.
- Inspect received goods for damage, defects, or discrepancies against packing slips.
- Organize warehouse aisles and maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
- Assist in the reconciliation of inventory variances and report discrepancies to management.
- Collaborate with the logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely stock availability.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is preferred but not required for immediate hire.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new inventory management systems quickly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
