Responsibilities
- Conduct daily and weekly physical counts of inventory to ensure accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies with digital records.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments against purchase orders (POs) efficiently.
- Maintain and update inventory management software and databases with precise data entry.
- Organize warehouse storage areas to ensure optimal workflow and easy access to stock.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outgoing parcels and freight.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of annual or seasonal inventory audits.
- Communicate stock shortages or damaged goods to the warehouse manager immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk, Warehouse Associate, or in a similar logistics role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a plus).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
