Responsibilities
- Perform regular physical counts of inventory and conduct cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Update and maintain digital inventory records using specialized software and Excel spreadsheets.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Identify discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing items and report them immediately.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to streamline order fulfillment processes.
- Organize warehouse storage areas to maximize efficiency and safety.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
