Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and damage control.
- Stock and organize inventory in the warehouse to maintain optimal workflow and safety.
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to reconcile stock levels.
- Maintain accurate digital records using inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Identify discrepancies in stock levels and collaborate with the logistics team to resolve issues.
- Ensure the warehouse area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- Forklift certification is a major plus but not mandatory for this role.
