Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain accurate digital records of stock levels using advanced ERP software.
- Stock merchandise onto shelves and organize warehouse storage areas efficiently.
- Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or missing items to the Warehouse Manager immediately.
- Assist in preparing outbound shipments and loading trucks for delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for counting, valuing, and reconciling stock.
