Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and annual physical inventories to ensure 100% accuracy of stock levels.
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments against packing lists.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all inventory movements using SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to organize stock placement and optimize storage space.
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and resolve inventory variance issues promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for management regarding stock status and turnover rates.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
