Responsibilities
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Manage and update inventory records in ERP systems and spreadsheets with 100% precision.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying contents against packing lists.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse layout for optimal efficiency.
- Report discrepancies and damaged goods immediately to the warehouse manager.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline stock replenishment processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift or material handling equipment certification preferred.
