Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate digital records in WMS and ERP systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update stock levels
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventories
- Collaborate with procurement to optimize stock turnover
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis
- Implement FIFO rotation and quality control protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years inventory management experience in warehouse setting
- Proficiency with WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- RF scanner certification or equivalent training
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Forklift certification a plus
