- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Manage receiving, putaway, and shipping documentation with zero tolerance for errors
- Generate real-time inventory reports for management and audit purposes
- Coordinate with warehouse team to maintain FIFO protocols and space optimization
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances through root cause analysis
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Support physical inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control or warehouse experience required
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table capabilities
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean MVR record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Detail-oriented with exceptional data integrity standards
