- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using ERP systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update inventory records in real-time
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO rotation protocols
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize stock levels
- Train staff on inventory control procedures and safety standards
- Audit warehouse documentation for compliance with SOPs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management experience in warehouse/logistics
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Valid Texas driver's license and forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Experience with barcode scanning technology
