Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain accurate digital records in ERP/WMS systems
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments and verify documentation
- Collaborate with warehouse team on stock optimization
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO rotation and quality control checks
- Support cycle count initiatives and physical audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years inventory or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong data entry skills with 98%+ accuracy
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and analytical skills
- Background check and drug screen required
