- Manage inbound/outbound stock documentation in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Coordinate with procurement team on reorder points and stock replenishment
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Maintain FIFO compliance and organize warehouse storage zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during audits and physical counts
- Implement process improvements to reduce inventory shrinkage
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management experience in warehouse/distribution setting
- Proficiency in inventory software (e.g., Fishbowl, NetSuite)
- Forklift certification preferred (OSHA 10-hour certification)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Valid Virginia driver's license
