Responsibilities
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure 100% stock accuracy.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies using barcode scanners and inventory management systems.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Maintain stock rotation and organize warehouse storage areas for maximum efficiency.
- Update and maintain accurate digital records of all inventory movements and transfers.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documentation and packaging materials.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and workplace regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk, Warehouse Associate, or similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) or Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry accuracy.
