Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory records using WMS software and barcode scanning systems
- Conduct weekly cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with ERP data
- Optimize stock rotation protocols to minimize obsolescence and maximize space utilization
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand variations
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for inventory accuracy
- Generate comprehensive inventory reports for executive review
- Train warehouse staff on proper inventory handling procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inventory control experience in warehouse/manufacturing setting
- Proficiency with WMS and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with barcode scanning technology
- Strong problem-solving abilities and process improvement mindset
