Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using ERP systems
- Manage stock levels, track reorder points, and coordinate with procurement teams
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and maximize accuracy
- Generate detailed inventory reports for leadership review
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper handling of goods
- Maintain digital and physical inventory documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Forklift certification a plus
