Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and oversee the execution of the 2026 AI and automation strategy, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives into emerging AI paradigms, including generative models and autonomous agents, ensuring they are viable for enterprise deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and executive teams to translate strategic vision into actionable technical roadmaps and KPIs.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for ethical AI development, ensuring compliance with evolving global regulations and responsible AI practices.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for disruptive innovation.
- Team Mentorship: Build and mentor a high-performing team of strategists and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic technology roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within AI or Automation.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of machine learning architectures, NLP, computer vision, and large language models (LLMs).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and successfully launching innovative products.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, from engineers to C-suite executives.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and pivot strategies based on market feedback.
