Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and lead the execution of the company’s 2026 Technology and Product Roadmap, aligning long-term goals with market demands.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead R&D initiatives focusing on emerging technologies, including Advanced AI, Quantum Readiness, and Sustainable Computing.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of global tech trends to identify opportunities for disruption and competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical roadmaps into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and board members.
- Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions to accelerate innovation.
- Resource Allocation: Direct cross-functional teams to ensure the necessary resources are allocated to achieve 2026 milestones.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership within a Fortune 500 environment.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term strategic visions (5+ year horizon) and executing them successfully.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current tech landscapes (Cloud, AI, IoT) and a demonstrated ability to forecast future technological shifts.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead diverse, high-performance teams and drive cultural change.
- Communication: Superior ability to communicate complex strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
