Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and data science.
- Optimize model training efficiency and reduce inference costs using cutting-edge hardware acceleration.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide the technical roadmap for the AI division.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model versioning, and deployment automation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud architectures (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
