Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of next-generation AI systems, focusing on Generative AI and Quantum-ready algorithms.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business goals into technical AI strategies.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI model deployment and monitoring.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies.
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and model versioning.
