Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructures capable of processing exabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the R&D strategy for proprietary neural network architectures specific to the 2026 roadmap.
- Define and enforce architectural standards, ensuring system security, scalability, and maintainability across all projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, Product, Legal) to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into consumer products.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure AI outputs are robust, unbiased, and safe.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, fairness, and transparency in algorithmic design.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
