Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Vision, establishing architectural standards for Agentic AI and Autonomous Systems.
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
- Drive research initiatives into emerging technologies, including Quantum Computing integration and Neural Interface protocols.
- Collaborate with product strategists to translate complex 2026 roadmaps into actionable engineering deliverables.
- Ensure system resilience, security, and ethical AI compliance across all development lifecycle phases.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions at scale.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts and future-proof security protocols.
