Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and implement the core architecture for our proprietary AI infrastructure, specifically targeting the milestones set for the 2026 product launch.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a world-class team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Roadmap Execution: Translate high-level business objectives into concrete technical strategies and actionable development plans.
- System Optimization: Oversee the scalability, performance, and reliability of our large-scale machine learning models and data pipelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical liaison for executive leadership, presenting complex architectural decisions and progress updates with clarity and impact.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies to ensure FutureScale remains a market leader.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and major deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker) is essential.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and leading teams through complex transitions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver elegant, scalable solutions.
