Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure aligned with the 2026 roadmap.
- Oversee the integration of advanced Neural Networks with emerging quantum computing paradigms.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines for the AI research division.
- Mentor and guide senior engineers and data scientists on complex system design and optimization challenges.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic concepts into viable, deployable engineering solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure system reliability, security, and performance.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in machine learning engineering, systems architecture, and distributed computing.
- Proven expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX) and large-scale cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical strategy in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
