Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the implementation of the 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Lead the design of complex distributed systems, focusing on high availability and fault tolerance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced Machine Learning models into production environments.
- Establish architectural standards and best practices to ensure code quality and system integrity.
- Mentor and develop a team of senior engineers and data scientists.
- Conduct technical due diligence for new technology integrations and research initiatives.
- Drive the migration to cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/Azure) with a focus on AI/ML workloads.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Proven leadership experience in guiding technical strategy and managing large engineering teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
