Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning AI capabilities with business objectives.
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable distributed systems and high-performance neural networks.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to research, prototype, and deploy cutting-edge AI models.
- Conduct rigorous architecture reviews to ensure system integrity, security, and performance under load.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development strategies.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the tech department.
- Monitor industry trends in quantum computing and edge AI to propose innovative solutions for upcoming challenges.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning systems that handle large-scale data.
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, microservices, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and a demonstrated ability to drive projects from conception to delivery.
