Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 AI product suite, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning systems and distributed computing environments.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers to drive innovation.
- Establish best practices for model training, deployment, and MLOps pipelines.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging AI paradigms to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
- Drive the integration of Generative AI technologies into core product offerings.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI and Machine Learning.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Generative AI architectures.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies.
