Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design robust, scalable, and secure AI architectures specifically tailored for the demands of the 2026 era, including Generative AI and Autonomous Systems.
- Technical Leadership: Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, providing technical guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality code delivery.
- Roadmap Execution: Collaborate with product management to define the technical roadmap, identifying key milestones for the 2026 product launch.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of machine learning models, ensuring low latency and high throughput.

Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of designing complex machine learning pipelines and deploying models to production.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and architect resilient solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
