The Role:
You will be responsible for the architectural integrity of our next-generation AI ecosystem. You will lead a team of elite engineers in building systems that are not only intelligent but also ethical, secure, and resilient.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable neural networks optimized for next-gen autonomous agents and edge computing.
- Lead the integration of Quantum-Ready algorithms into our existing cloud infrastructures.
- Define the technical roadmap for AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) safety and ethical frameworks.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex business objectives into high-level technical blueprints.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure system scalability across global distributed networks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect role within AI/ML.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning, NLP, Reinforcement Learning, and Generative Models.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with experience in 2026-era stacks (e.g., WebGPU, WASM, Edge AI).
- Proven experience in designing fault-tolerant systems capable of handling massive concurrent data streams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
