- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performance team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Technical Oversight: Ensure code quality, system scalability, and robustness across all AI deployment pipelines.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- R&D Integration: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest breakthroughs in neural architecture search and reinforcement learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in machine learning architecture and deployment.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining technical roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time.
