Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to establish a comprehensive AI architecture strategy aligned with business goals.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of complex machine learning pipelines, NLP models, and predictive analytics engines.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and optimized for high-throughput data processing.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools and cloud services to maximize ROI.
- Prototyping: Lead proof-of-concept projects to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with a focus on serverless and edge computing.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
