Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling next-generation data volumes and processing speeds for 2026.
- Lead Generative AI Development: Spearhead the research and deployment of LLMs and transformer architectures, optimizing for inference efficiency and accuracy.
- Technical Strategy & Roadmap: Define the technical vision for the company’s AI product suite, aligning engineering capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve model performance, reducing latency and increasing throughput in production environments.
Qualifications
- Extensive Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years specifically focused on Machine Learning and AI architecture.
- Expertise in Frameworks: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with Hugging Face Transformers or similar NLP libraries.
- Cloud Architecture: Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field is strongly preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and mentoring junior developers.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
