Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI and Machine Learning systems tailored for the 2026 landscape.
- Lead the R&D team in exploring next-gen algorithms, including Generative AI and Neuro-symbolic integration.
- Establish best practices for code quality, system security, and ethical AI deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Oversee the integration of emerging hardware accelerators to optimize model inference.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation strategies.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
