Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure for production environments.
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Define and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide the technical direction of the AI division.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI development.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Strong experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices architecture.
